The umpire's reason for not giving the let is Because the umpire says That Rafa hits the next ball out in the rally and Berdych THEREFORE gets the point. (Ignoring the Fact That I Called Himself stopped the ball out and play)
But you can Clearly see the ball falling in in the first couple of seconds of the video.
